ASAIPA is proud to offer a comprehensive Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program calendar
designed specifically for medical practitioners. Our CPD program is tailored to meet the unique needs and
challenges of healthcare professionals, providing opportunities for ongoing learning, skills development, and professional growth. ASAIPA is also assigned as a CPD Accreditor.
All HPCSA registered practitioners are required to accumulate 30 Continually Professional Development (CPD) Points over a 12 month period and five of the points must be on ethics. Each Points is valid for a 12 month period from the date on which the activation took place (or ended, in the event of post-graduate studies) after which it will lapse. Practitioners, therefore should aim to accumulate a balance of 60 CPD points by the end of each year of practice as per HPCS guidelines. specialty or area of practice.
