The Vimbo Health app is the first South African made and tailored Digital Therapeutic for mental health. More on the Research Behind Vimbo Health
The Vimbo Health App was tested in a local South African research study that was ethically approved by the Human Sciences Research Council, and conducted in partnership with the South African Depression and Anxiety Group. In this study, almost 70% of participants were retained for 2 weeks or longer, and 52% of those retained with Moderate levels of Depression and/or Anxiety met recovery.
