Caffeine might give you a boost in the morning, but not everything is moonlight and roses when it comes to your cup of coffee.

It’s Monday morning and most of us are still reminiscing over a relaxing weekend.

But the alarm clock quickly shakes you into reality. A cup of coffee is all you need to give you that boost to face the back-to-back meetings, endless emails and difficult managers today.

There are many conflicting studies about the health effects of coffee – some say it’s good for you, others warn you against the dangerous side-effects.

The key, however, is probably moderation. Here are some of the health risks and benefits to drinking a cup of coffee.
